Not Eligible: Cleaners, magazines, and other accessories (products without size options) are excluded.
＜Conditions for Exchange＞
・Only tried on indoors and unused
・All accessories such as boxes, tags, and wrapping paper must be included
※Used products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
・When returning, please do not attach the shipping label directly to the product box.
Please pack the item in a cardboard box or similar, then attach the shipping label on the outside.
※If tape or shipping labels are attached directly to the product box, we may not be able to accept the exchange.

＜Exchange Procedure＞
1) Please contact us via Inquiry with your desired exchange size.
The following is the basic procedure but may change depending on the situation.
2) We will check the stock of the desired exchange size.
※If the desired product is out of stock, we will process it as a return.
3) Please reorder the desired product.
(Orders placed by 2 PM will be shipped the same day, as with regular orders.)
4) We will email instructions on how to return the unwanted product.
Please return the item so it arrives within 5 days after our instructions.
※If you expect a delay, please contact us in advance.
5) Once the returned product arrives at our company, we will process a refund for your original order.
※If you used coupons or points on the original order, they will be fully restored when the order is canceled.
※Please note that coupons or points that have expired by the time of refund will not be restored.
